Honoring the Shadow
For years, I was quiet, hardworking, and full of dreams I struggled to express. I call that earlier version of myself the Shadow. She was watching, learning, praying, and growing—even when she did not feel seen.
The confident woman I am today did not replace the Shadow. She grew from her.

Through challenges, mentorship, mistakes, and new opportunities, I learned that confidence is built one step at a time. My faith remains at the center of how I live, lead, and dream.
My book, My Journey from a Shy Employee to a Confident Leader, shares that story. I write to encourage quiet employees, emerging leaders, immigrants with dreams, and women finding their voices.
